Procedure:
1. Any product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.(related document is required if attached)
2. Contact us within 3 days after receiving the product.
3. After confirming that the status of the product meets the requirements of the return policy, the buyer can return or exchange the product in person at our location in San Po Kong during office hours.
The return time depends on the quantity of product at that time.
** If we couldn’t receive your return / exchange product within 7 days, we reserve the right to reject your return / exchange request.
The return / Exchange policy only works in the following conditions:
1. Himalayan salt stone is formed by nature over years. There are differences in color, shape, size and weight of each salt rock. There may also exist traces of rock faults or color patches on the surface. These are normal rock characteristics instead of quality problem.
2. Return/ Exchange requirement beyond the requested period.
3. Any damage caused by personal reasons.
4. Color difference between the picture and the real product.
5. Our outer package might be damaged during the transportation process. If the product itself isn’t being damaged, we wouldn’t accept your return / exchange request.
